The Original Kaori Soap Is Now Kaomira
If you knew us as Kaori, you are in the right place. Same bars, same formulas, same founder. Only the name changed.
Why the name changed
Kaomira launched in May 2026 as Kaori, at kaoricare.com. The persimmon bars found their customers, and then other websites began using the Kaori name and the same persimmon story to sell soap of their own. Some of those sites are still active, and they are not us. Rather than ask customers to guess which Kaori was real, we changed our name to one that could only be ours: Kaomira.
Nothing about the soap changed. The Sage and Citrus persimmon bar is the same cold process recipe, still $12, still made with persimmon and goat milk. We even keep the original Kaori label bar in the store, because continuity you can hold in your hand beats a promise on a page.
How to know you are on the real store
- The only store we sell from is kaomira.com.
- kaoricare.com and kaoriglow.com are also ours. Both bring you here.
- Our bars are $12 each, priced in the open, with bundles and free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- We publish our full ingredient list on every product page. Nothing is hidden.
- Order confirmations come from kaomira.com, and support is answered by a real person at support@kaomira.com.
- A subscription is only ever created if you choose one yourself at checkout. We never enroll anyone automatically.
Bought from a different store?
We are sorry you are dealing with this, and we want to point you the right way quickly.
Kaomira is a separate company from every other website using the Kaori name. We cannot see, change, refund, or reship orders placed on other stores, because those orders were never in our system.
To find the seller who can help you:
- Check the order confirmation email in your inbox. The store's name and website are on it, and replying to that email reaches that seller.
- Check the charge on your card or bank statement. The name on the charge is the company that took your payment.
- If your confirmation came from kaomira.com and your bar cost $12, you bought from us, and we will take care of you at support@kaomira.com.
If the seller on your receipt does not respond, your card issuer or bank can help you dispute a charge for an order that never arrived. That process is free, and it is the fastest route when a seller goes quiet.

I ordered from another site using the Kaori name. Can you refund me?
We cannot, because that order and payment never came to us. The section above shows how to reach the seller who took your order, and what to do if they do not respond.
How do I cancel a subscription on another store?
Reply to that store's confirmation email or sign in on their website, where subscriptions are usually managed from your account page. For contrast: on kaomira.com, no subscription exists unless you chose one yourself.
How can I be sure a bar is really yours?
Buy it here. Our bars are cold process, 3 by 3 inches, and the current bars carry the Kaomira label. The original Kaori label bar is sold only on this site, clearly marked as our Original Label edition.
